Comprised of founder Emily Smart LeMire, her sister Lydia Smart Fields, and their father Baird Smart, they collaborate and complement each other well as a close-knit real estate team, and as advocates who want their clientele to feel like family too.
Kelly Duff, a good friend and fellow Winnetka native and Northfield resident, joined the team in 2021. Kelly brings a fresh take on the business and a deep love of real estate.
